    Responsibilities

    As a Director of Nursing leading nursing operations one of our facilities, you'll be responsible for:

    + Organizes and administers areas of clinical and patient care services to attain facility’s objectives established by hospital administration.

    + Hospital-wide programs, policies and procedures are developed to assess, evaluate and meet the needs of the patient.

    + Develops and implements hospital plans for providing nursing care, treatment, and clinical services to those patients requiring care treatment and services.

    + Participates with the management, medical staff and clinical leaders in the facility’s decision-making structures and processes.

    + Implements an effective, ongoing program to measure, assess and improve the quality of nursing care, treatment and services delivered to patients.

    Qualifications

    In order to be considered for a Director of Nursing position within our facilities, you'll possess the following qualifications:

    1. Current and valid state license as a Registered Nurse.2. Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.3. Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)-(AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.4. Minimum of 5 years Acute Care experience.5. Minimum of 2 years previous Administrative experience preferred.6. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required for all new hires after 1/11/2021.

    Prime Healthcare Management Inc. offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $150,000.00 to $195,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
