What You'll Do:

+ Greet and assist employees, visitors, and clients as they enter the location, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional presence at the front desk.

+ Monitor access to the building by verifying identification and credentials, helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity.

+ Follow site-specific policies and procedures, responding appropriately to routine situations and/or emergencies as they arise.

+ Communicate promptly and clearly with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related concerns or incidents.

+ Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with company and client protocols.

+ Support emergency response activities, including guiding individuals during fire alarms, medical incidents, or other critical events as directed by site procedures.

+ Maintain awareness of the environment and promptly address any security-related issues or concerns at the front desk area.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Have a minimum of three years of security experience.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
