    Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a General Production to to join their team.

     

    As a **General Production** , you will be part of the **Warehouse Operations Department** supporting **Shipping and Receiving teams** . The ideal candidate will have **attention to detail** , **reliability** , and **strong teamwork skills** , which will align successfully in the organization.

    **Hours:** Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM

    **Pay Range:** $20.50 per hour

    **Type:** Temp-to-Hire

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + 1. Operate small and large machines in the production of doors2. Work on door assembly line building doors3. Inspect all product for quality4. Machining doors for hardware installation5. Material preparation and material handling6. Staging and packaging finished product for delivery7. Other general warehouse duties as needed8. In all functions, maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety rulesPreferred Experience:1. Past experience in commercial woodworking (doors, millwork, cabinets, etc.)2. Past experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment3. General knowledge of building materials4. Can perform simple math and use basic hand-held measuring tools

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Ability to pass pre-hire screenings

    + 1–2 years of warehouse experience (must have order picking skills)

    + Familiarity with material handling and inventory processes

    + Strong attention to safety and detail
