Description
The Offline Sales & Mktg team is looking for a Program Manager to oversee daily operations of our 70,000-square-foot retail experience center. This space includes our retail showroom, prototype space, and event areas. This role also supports the overall program management of the Store Within A Store (SWAS) program and retailer event activations across our offline retail network. This individual contributor role ensures the space operates efficiently, safely, and in alignment with brand standards while delivering a best-in-class experience for visitors.
The Program Manager drives both tactical execution and strategic planning for retail partnership programs, managing everything from fixture installations and content updates to prototype reviews with internal leadership, retail partners, and external vendors.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable assembling retail fixtures on a showroom floor and presenting program strategies to senior leadership. They balance operational precision with strategic thinking — maintaining the space, coordinating complex workback schedules, leading executive tours that bring our brand to life, and managing multi-partner retail programs that drive business results.
Executive & Event Support:
•Plan and execute high-visibility events and visits, ranging from small stakeholder sessions to large gatherings of 50–200 participants
•Lead engaging showroom tours for executives, partners, and guests, providing insightful overviews of brand strategy and product display programs
•Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure all event logistics — from space setup to AV readiness — are executed seamlessly
•Coordinate VIP experiences and executive briefings that showcase brand innovation and retail strategy
Store Within A Store (SWAS) Program Management
Strategic Responsibilities:
•Develop and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps, timelines, and success metrics for SWAS rollouts and refreshes across retail partner network
•Create business cases and recommendations for SWAS expansion, fixture updates, or program enhancements
•Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure SWAS locations meet brand guidelines and operational standards
Operational Responsibilities:
•Coordinate content updates across SWAS locations, including signage, digital displays, product information, and promotional materials
•Manage planogram changes and merchandising resets, ensuring accurate product placement and visual presentation standards
•Develop and execute detailed workback schedules for SWAS installations, refreshes, and seasonal updates across multiple locations
•Implement customer experience updates including interactive demos, product sampling programs, and staff training materials
•Coordinate with retail partners on fixture design, installation schedules, product assortment, and merchandising standards
•Manage logistics for fixture shipments, installation crews, and material deliveries to partner locations
•Troubleshoot operational issues at SWAS locations and coordinate rapid response for fixture repairs or product replacements
Retailer Events Program Management
Strategic Responsibilities:
•Develop event strategies that drive traffic, enhance brand awareness, and support device trainings.
•Analyze event performance data and create post-event reports with insights, learnings, and ROI analysis
•Manage event budgets, vendor contracts, and resource allocation across multiple simultaneous activations
Operational Responsibilities:
•Coordinate product updates to event booths, ensuring latest devices, accessories, and demo units are available
•Manage booth structure changes including assembly, disassembly, configuration modifications, and component replacements
•Execute delivery and pick-up logistics for event booths, including freight coordination, tracking, and inventory management
•Oversee on-site booth setup and teardown, working with installation crews and venue staff
•Maintain booth component inventory and coordinate repairs or replacements for damaged materials
•Ensure all event materials (signage, promotional items, demo products) are packed, shipped, and received on schedule
•Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, training, and logistics to deliver seamless event experiences
Showroom & Prototype Operations
Strategic Responsibilities:
•Serve as the brand standard reference point for SWAS fixture design and merchandising execution
•Develop showroom layouts and prototype displays that effectively communicate brand strategy and product innovation
•Partner with product, design, and marketing teams to plan quarterly showroom refreshes aligned with launch calendars
Operational Responsibilities:
•Manage daily operations of the showroom and prototype spaces, ensuring displays, fixtures, and demo products are current, functional, and aligned with retail brand standards
•Execute product refreshes, prototype installations, and fixture updates using hand and power tools
•Maintain an organized, visitor-ready environment that reflects the brand's design and innovation
•Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fixtures, displays, and demo equipment
Logistics, Inventory & Ordering
•Receive, process, and organize inbound freight and small-parcel shipments
•Manage prototype shipments (inbound/outbound), including tracking, documentation, and secure handling
•Maintain inventory of demo units, prototypes, event materials, and supplies; oversee ordering, replenishment, and accurate record keeping
•Coordinate logistics for SWAS fixture shipments and retailer event materials across multiple locations
•Track and manage equipment returns, repairs, and asset disposition
Facility Coordination
•Oversee day-to-day operational needs across the 70,000-square-foot floor, including space organization, maintenance coordination, and safety standards
•Partner with facilities and security teams to manage badge access and visitor permissions for the secure space
•Ensure adherence to all building protocols and operational policies
•Coordinate with building management for loading dock access, freight elevator scheduling, and waste removal

•Provide regular program updates to leadership on SWAS performance, retailer events, and showroom operations
