As a **Security Officer - Healthcare Patrol Full-Time** in **Union City, TN** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as required.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related issues encountered during patrols within the location.

+ Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel as needed.

+ Assist with access control procedures, verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points as assigned.

+ Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken in accordance with Allied Universal policies and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 years of security-related experience.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
