    Our client, a leader in consumer products, is seeking mulitple Corporate Event Planners to join their team. As a Corporate Event Planner, you will be part of the Partnership and Supply Chain organization, supporting the planning and execution of a Supplier event scheduled for May 2026. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset that will align successfully within the organization.

     

    Job Title:** **Corporate Event Planner

     

    Pay Range: $20 to $34 p/h on W-2

     

    Duration 6 month contract

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Support the planning and execution of the Supplier Summit event by managing project plans, operational timelines, and deliverables.

    + Oversee event logistics, including venue coordination, hotel arrangements, and collaboration with creative agencies.

    + Manage delegate and stakeholder coordination, including invitations, communications, and alignment with internal and external partners.

    + Support budget tracking and financial oversight to ensure alignment with approved plans.

    + Liaise with legal partners to manage NDAs, competition law considerations, privacy requirements, and related documentation.

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.

    + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact across cultures and functions.

    + Proven attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    + Proficiency in MS 365 Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Copilot).

    + 3–5 years of experience in corporate event planning for large events over 300 people
