    Systems Coordinator – 1st Shift

    **Location:** Rantoul, IL | **Pay:** $22.15/hour | **Shift:** Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

    About the Role:

    Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain company, is seeking a **Systems Coordinator** to join their Rantoul facility. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support warehouse systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and help ensure smooth operations. **This is not a traditional helpdesk role** – you’ll work directly with end-users to solve complex software and hardware challenges.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair software and hardware issues for facility users.

    + Support the site’s **Warehouse Management System (WMS)** and assist with facility layout and system utilization.

    + Monitor inventory control and system performance; generate reports as needed.

    + Assist with project development, system implementation, and performance monitoring.

    + Develop and maintain training materials and user guides.

    + Collaborate with operations staff and customer representatives to resolve systemic issues.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent.

    + 1–2 years of experience with **WMS** (Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP preferred).

    + 1–2 years of report writing experience; **SQL experience required** .

    + Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

    + Experience in a **supply chain, logistics, distribution, or warehouse environment** preferred.

    + Hands-on technical experience with software and hardware support.
