    Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Material Handler/Forklift Operator to join their team.

     

    As a Material Handler/Forklift Operator, you will be part of the **Warehouse Operations Department** supporting **Shipping and Receiving teams** . The ideal candidate will have **attention to detail** , **reliability** , and **strong teamwork skills** , which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Material Handler/Forklift

    **Location:** Sacramento, CA

    **Hours:** Monday – Friday, 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM

    **Pay Range:** $24.00 per hour

    **Type:** Temp-to-Hire

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Inspect incoming loads and verify shipping documents

    + Operate propane and electric forklifts safely and efficiently

    + Use order picker to pull products accurately

    + Load semi-trucks and box trucks with finished products

    + Perform start-of-shift preventative maintenance inspections

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Ability to pass pre-hire screenings

    + 1–2 years of warehouse experience (must have order picking skills)

    + Familiarity with material handling and inventory processes

    + Strong attention to safety and detail
