    Adecco is hiring immediately for a Quality Assurance with a local client in Morrisville, NC! Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

     

    + **Contract Type:** Temporary

    + **Pay:** $18.00 per hour

    + **Shift/Hours:** Day Shift, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    Essential Duties:

    + Conduct talent assessments and facilitate training sessions using various methods (coaching, workshops, job shadowing).

    + Ensure QA employees are properly trained and understand their assignments.

    + Perform periodic audits to identify skill gaps and document errors.

    + Assist with onboarding new temporary QA staff and collaborate on improving training practices.

    + Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and ISO requirements.

    At a minimum, you’ll need:

    + High School diploma or equivalent.

    + At least 1 year of Quality Inspector experience in warehouse environments.

    + Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently, and stand for long periods.

    + Proficiency in Excel, Word, email, intranet, and MIS systems.

    + Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
