    + Shift: M-F 8:30 a.m. -5 p.m. ONSITE - Santa Ana, CA _*MUST be flexible to work Saturdays to meet business needs._

    Responsibilities: 

    + Reviewing mortgage loan files for completion and accuracy.

    + Updating loan files.

    + Data entry support for the loan servicing department.

    + Responding to requests and inquiry from client companies.

    + Auditing files for accuracy before shipping out to customers.

    + Serve as the liaison between the clients and other internal departments.

    Requirements: 

    + Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred or HS Diploma with 2-4 years’ relevant job experience working with mortgage loans in a document review, file clerk, auditor or working in a data entry capacity.

    + Proficiency in MS Office Applications/Programs.

    + 45 WPM typing skill level - _Passing Data Entry Skill Test Scores Required_ .

    + Strong attention to detail / Accuracy and Efficiency are of HIGH importance in this role.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    + MUST have experience working in a fast-paced environment.

    + Maintain professional demeanor with clients.

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
