**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative (Supplemental)
**Location:** Onsite/ Newark, NJ
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday
Shifts Available:
• 5:15 AM – 2:30 PM
• 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
**Pay Rate:** $18.00/hour

Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to customers, business partners, and drivers. You will monitor daily operations, resolve customer concerns, and ensure delivery commitments are met. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role requiring strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
+ Assist customers and business partners via phone and email
+ Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally
+ Diagnose, assess, and resolve service issues efficiently
+ Monitor delivery routes and track progress throughout the day
+ Scan haul-away pods and verify required stamps
+ Process delivery changes or cancellations accurately
+ Support daily team monitoring to ensure service expectations are met
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
+ Experience using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
+ Strong communication and customer service skills
+ Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 1+ year of related experience, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
+ Ability to work under pressure while delivering effective solutions
**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
