How would you like to earn $24.35–$30.06 per hour working as an Assistant Dispatcher – Shift 2? Adecco is currently hiring for an Assistant Dispatcher with a local customer in Clackamas, OR. This is an onsite, temporary role in a fast-paced transportation dispatch environment.
Responsibilities:
+ Support daily dispatch and backhaul operations, including coordinating pickups and deliveries
+ Download, track, and reconcile purchase orders for fleet pickup
+ Schedule vendor appointments and communicate with drivers and receiving sites
+ Monitor driver locations, trailer movements, and maintain accurate logistics data
+ Prepare trip sheets, bills of lading, and operational reports
+ Answer phones and radios while maintaining safety, accuracy, and confidentiality
Qualifications:
+ 1+ year experience in transportation, logistics, or dispatch coordination
+ Experience supporting dispatch or backhaul operations
+ Strong data entry, reconciliation, and scheduling skills
+ High school diploma or GED
+ Valid driver’s license
+ Ability to work weekends, any shift, and occasional overtime
Schedule:
+ Wednesday – Saturday
+ 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

**Pay Details:** $24.35 to $30.06 per hour
