Description We are looking for a detail-oriented paralegal to join our dynamic legal team in Boston, Massachusetts. This role offers the opportunity to support litigation efforts while contributing to a collaborative and meticulous environment. The ideal candidate will excel in managing legal documentation and assisting attorneys with trial preparations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and attorney needs.

• Prepare and draft legal documents, including correspondence and discovery materials.

• Manage e-filing responsibilities for court submissions and ensure accuracy in filings.

• Organize and coordinate trial preparation activities, including assembling exhibits and documentation.

• Assist attorneys in civil litigation processes, maintaining detailed records and case files.

• Ensure compliance with all procedural requirements for litigation cases.

• Review and analyze discovery documents to identify pertinent information.

• Maintain effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

• Support attorneys by managing deadlines and tracking critical case milestones. Requirements • Proven experience in civil litigation and trial preparation.

• Strong skills in legal research and drafting legal documents.

• Proficiency in handling discovery processes and e-filing systems.

• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for legal documentation.
