    Job Description: Recruiter

    As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and placing top talent for our clients. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to facilitating job offers, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and recruiting events.

    + Review applications, screen resumes, and conduct interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.

    + Manage and update candidate records in our applicant tracking system.

    + Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and provide timely feedback.

    + Facilitate job offers and support candidates through the onboarding process.

    + Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business and talent requirements.

    + Provide guidance to hiring managers on market trends, candidate availability, and recruitment best practices.

    + Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and applicable laws.

    + Represent our company at careers fairs and networking events.

    + Track, report, and analyze recruiting metrics to support continuous process improvement.

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field preferred.

    + Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple searches and work in a fast-paced environment.

    + Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

    + High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
