    Description We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Lead to join our team in Torrance, California. This pivotal role involves overseeing a team of customer service representatives, managing territory-based accounts, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal teams. As a Contract to permanent position, this opportunity offers the chance to grow and contribute to our manufacturing industry operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives to provide exceptional support for territory-based accounts.

    • Address and resolve complex customer issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

    • Ensure accuracy and consistency in order entry, submission, and data management processes.

    • Collaborate with sales representatives to align customer needs with account strategies.

    • Communicate updates to customers regarding order statuses, backorders, and delivery schedules.

    • Coordinate with internal departments to troubleshoot and resolve service-related concerns.

    • Train team members on eCommerce inquiries and work closely with the eCommerce team to streamline processes.

    • Monitor team workloads during peak seasons, prioritizing tasks to maintain service expectations.

    • Promote clear and detail-oriented communication standards throughout the customer service team.

    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance order management and client interactions. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or account management within a fast-paced, order-driven environment.

    • Prior leadership or supervisory experience is highly preferred.

    • Strong understanding of order entry and data management workflows.

    • Ability to manage and lead effectively during busy and high-volume periods.

    • Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills to work across departments.

    • Familiarity with eCommerce support processes is an advantage.

    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professionalism.
