We’re seeking a Constructional Management Professional Intermediate to be based in Portland, OR and various unanticipated worksites in the US.
In this role, you’ll:
Install construction management tools. Plan, organize, schedule, and oversee multiple projects from inception through design, construction, commissioning, and close-out. Prepare and keep track of project scope, schedule, budgets, and forecast and make sure project goals are achieved. Implement construction schedules to integrate trade, client, and equipment vendor activities. Plan impactive work in operational factory settings. Oversee the installation, demolition, and conversion of semiconductor microchip wafer. Manufacture equipment in multiple fabrication facilities. This includes installing manufacturing tools, like TEL, Hitachi, and LAM tool for production of semiconductor chips in clean room. Weekly planning meetings with trade leadership. Oversee construction and manufacturing activities.

REQUIREMENTS This position requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering or related field and 2 years of work experience in the job offered or related Construction occupation.
As an alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering or related field and 4 years of work experience in the job offered or related Construction occupation.
SPECIFIC SKILLS: Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Primavera p6, CMiC, Procore, Revit, R, AutoCAD, J Strobe (Simulation), ArcGIS, Pro (LIDAR), Cyclone (LIDAR), AIO (Data Analysis and Visualization), Power BI, prolog (Cost Analysis), QuickBase (Procurement and Project Automation).
