    We are seeking a Finance Director to join a well-established, global manufacturer of advanced metal components serving high-performance industries. This is a senior, hands-on finance leadership role with full responsibility for accounting operations, financial strategy, and performance management across manufacturing sites. The Finance Director will partner closely with executive leadership and Head Office, lead the regional finance team, and play a critical role in driving financial discipline, operational insight, and long-term business performance.

    Main Responsibilities:

    + Lead financial strategy and day-to-day accounting for manufacturing operations

    + Manage and develop the regional finance team, driving performance and accountability

    + Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and governance (U.S. GAAP, SOX, statutory)

    + Own month-end, quarter-end, year-end, and statutory close processes

    + Oversee balance sheet integrity, reconciliations, and financial reporting accuracy

    + Own financial KPIs and performance reporting across production, cost, profitability, and working capital

    + Analyze and manage standard costs and manufacturing variances

    + Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling aligned with corporate timelines

    + Oversee transactional finance functions (AP, AR, credit control, fixed assets)

    + Present financial results and insights to executive leadership and drive continuous improvement

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

    + 5–7+ years of manufacturing finance experience, including 3–5+ years in a people leadership role

    + Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls/SOX, and audit requirements

    + Advanced expertise across close, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

    + Proven experience with standard costing and manufacturing variance analysis

    + Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including forecasting and scenario analysis

    + Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate finance teams while providing clear direction and governance

    + Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel) and accounting/ERP systems
