Job Title: Pharmacist

Schedule: Second Shift | Sunday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist. This role is critical in ensuring accurate prescription processing, compliance with regulatory standards, and exceptional patient care. If you are detail-oriented, adaptable, and ready to step into a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

+ Assist with daily prescription order workflow and processing.

+ Review prescription orders for accuracy and appropriateness.

+ Verify orders processed by pharmacy technicians.

+ Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify prescriptions and resolve discrepancies.

+ Perform Drug Utilization Review (DUR) for patient prescription management.

+ Maintain compliance with NJ Board of Pharmacy regulations, including controlled substance guidelines.

+ Support inventory management and prescription refill processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

+ Active NJ Pharmacist License (mandatory).

+ Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school (PharmD preferred).

+ Minimum 1 year of retail pharmacy experience (preferred).

+ Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, prescription management, and dispensing guidelines.

+ Proficiency in order entry, claims processing, labeling, insurance coordination, and healthcare support.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Montville, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $62.50/hr.
