+ Expertise in test instrumentation, fluid/mechanical systems, and turbomachinery principles.

+ Familiarity with FADEC systems and aerospace communication protocols.

+ Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

+ Electrical systems design for testing infrastructure and engine components.

    Work Environment

The role is onsite, requiring direct engagement with engine test cells, instrumentation setups, and test infrastructure. Engineers are expected to design, operate, and troubleshoot complex fluid and mechanical systems, including propulsion components and test fixtures. You’ll work closely with the Engineering Group, Manufacturing Operations, and other stakeholders. The role involves customer-facing responsibilities, acting as the main point of contact during flight testing and integration efforts. The environment supports New Product Introduction (NPI) and development flight testing, indicating a dynamic and innovation-driven culture. There’s a strong emphasis on problem-solving, critical thinking, and continuous improvement in propulsion system testing. Expect less than 15% travel for customer and supplier site visits, with opportunities for professional development and career growth in a collaborative, innovative work environment.
