• System Controls Engineer

    We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in designing and improving manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems. You will collaborate with designers, conduct engineering inspections, analyze data, and manage small-scale projects to enhance product manufacturability and process efficiency.

    Responsibilities

    + Design and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.

    + Support Floor-to-Floor (FTF) measurement and PPAP documentation.

    + Collaborate with designers to optimize product manufacturability.

    + Conduct engineering inspections and recommend improvements.

    + Analyze data to identify process enhancements.

    + Manage small-scale projects within established frameworks.

    + Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers under contract plans.

    + Contribute to product development and maintain internal client relationships.

    + Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

    + Support knowledge sharing and continuous learning initiatives.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.

    + 5–6 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.

    + Strong skills in engineering design, development, and specification.

    + Experience in project scheduling, costing, and budgeting.

    + Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance.

    + Familiarity with lean principles and change management tools.

    + CNC machining process experience.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience in CNC programming.

    + Strong problem-solving abilities.

    + Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
