    About the Role

    We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial and industrial construction projects from start to finish. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Plan, coordinate, and execute all phases of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

    + Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

    + Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

    + Manage procurement of materials and subcontractor services.

    + Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

    + Drive continuous improvement and maintain strong client relationships.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field required.

    + 3–5+ years of experience managing commercial and/or industrial construction projects.

    + Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety standards.

    + Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.

    + Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Menomonee Falls, WI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $140000.00/hr.
