+ Translate early ideas into detailed plans, elevations, and cohesive material palettes.
+ Partner closely with the technical team to ensure constructability, code compliance, and design integrity.
+ Develop millwork concepts and collaborate on the integration of details into construction documents.
+ Present design solutions to clients and fold feedback into evolving concepts.
+ Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Review shop drawings and support efforts to maintain design intent during construction.
What You Bring
+ Proficiency in Revit
+ Strong design and graphic skills using Adobe Creative Suite.
+ Familiarity with rendering tools such as Enscape and Lumion.
+ Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
+ Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
Bonus Skills & Qualifications

+ Architectural license or active progress toward licensure is a plus.
