    Traveling Superintendent – Hyperscale Data Center (Owner’s Representative)

    Position Overview

    Lead delivery of a marquee hyperscale data center project as the Owner’s Representative. You’ll be the client’s on-site leader—driving scope, schedule, and budget from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Project Leadership: Align owner priorities, manage risk, and maintain accountability.

    + Schedule & Controls: Monitor critical path, validate progress, and ensure timely milestones.

    + Cost Management: Oversee pay apps, change orders, and forecasts.

    + Design & Quality: Review drawings, address constructability, and support commissioning.

    + Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear reporting and facilitate decision-making.

    + Safety & Compliance: Champion site safety and regulatory adherence.

    Qualifications

    + 10+ years in mission-critical or large-scale construction (data center experience preferred).

    + Expertise in scheduling (CPM/P6), project controls, and commissioning of complex MEP/Electrical systems.

    + Strong communication skills; ability to simplify technical topics for executives.

    + Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

     

    Work Environment

     

    On-site leadership with periodic travel for program and vendor engagements.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Fargo, ND.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
