Pharmacy technician permanent remote role with no weekends!!

Responsibilities

+ Handle a high volume of inbound phone calls in a call-center environment.

+ Verify HIPAA information and maintain confidentiality when speaking to patients and providers.

+ Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing any situations with upset patients or providers.

Required Skills

+ Data entry skills.

+ Must have Registered Pharmacy Technician LICENSE!

+ Knowledge of prescriptions.

+ Customer service skills.

+ 1-2 years of pharmacy work experience is ideal.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Mary, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
