Key Responsibilities

+ Design and validate engineering solutions through feasibility testing and implementation

+ Draft and evaluate engineering standards and specifications

+ Conduct data analysis to identify trends and support solution development

+ Design test procedures based on product specifications

+ Participate in ongoing training and capability development

+ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

+ Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot and optimize system performance

+ Manage requirements traceability and verification throughout the project lifecycle

What You Bring

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent

+ 3-5 years of relevant experience in engineering systems or controls

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance

+ Familiarity with engineering development tools, testing protocols, and specification writing

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills

This is a Permanent position based out of Mebane, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
