    Entry Level Welder – Crystal Lake, IL

     

    Pay: $22–$24/hr (based on weld test)

     

    Shifts Available: 1st & 2nd

     

    We’re looking for reliable, skilled MIG Welders to join our team in Crystal Lake. This is a great opportunity for someone who has completed welding schooling or holds a welding certificate and is ready to put their training to work.

    What You’ll Do

    + Perform MIG welding on mild steel and aluminum ranging from 12 gauge to 16 gauge

    + Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and weld symbols

    + Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy

    + Maintain a clean and safe work environment

    + Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily goals

    What We’re Looking For

    + Welding certificate or completion of welding schooling (required)

    + Ability to pass a MIG weld test (determines final pay rate)

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

    + Dependable work ethic and willingness to learn

    + Open to 1st (6 am - 2 pm) or 2nd (2 pm - 10 pm) Shift

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Crystal Lake, IL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
