    Job Description

    A manufacturing company in the Noblesville area is seeking multiple production operators to join their team.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform batch mixing operations including weighing, mixing, and drying.

    + Monitor control room mechanisms to ensure smooth production.

    + Document raw, in-process, and final materials accurately.

    + Conduct quality inspections of the final product.

    + Label and package materials efficiently.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in machine operation, including roles such as Machine Operator, Mixer Operator, Chemical Operator.

    + Proficiency in mixing, compounding, blending, and batching.

    + Familiarity with GMP standards.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in chemical manufacturing, batch mixing, and compounding is preferred.

    Shift & Pay

    + Due to the start up nature of the company, **it is asked that candidates are shift flexible**

    + Currently shifts are running a 2/2/3 schedule

    + 7am-7pm OR 7pm - 7am.

    + **$20 - $25 based on experience**

     

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a clean, non-climate controlled facility where attention to detail and quality is paramount. Employees are required to wear respirators a solid portion of their shift.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Noblesville, IN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr.
