Quality Assurance Technician – Earn Up to $80,000/Year!

What You’ll Do

+ Develop and maintain QA policies, procedures, and documentation.

+ Monitor compliance with ISO and industry standards.

+ Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.

+ Inspect raw materials, in-process work, and finished products for defects.

+ Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions.

+ Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.

+ Maintain calibration records for testing equipment.

+ Analyze customer feedback and drive service improvements.

+ Support staff training on quality standards.

+ Track and report quality metrics to leadership.

What We’re Looking For

+ Experience in quality assurance or quality control.

+ Familiarity with AS9100 or AS9110 systems.

+ Knowledge of QA methodologies and compliance standards.

+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

+ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

+ Understanding of FAA regulations and inspection techniques.

+ Ability to use tools like calipers and micrometers and read blueprints.

+ Auditing and GMP experience preferred.

Additional Qualifications

+ Previous QA experience in manufacturing or service environments.

+ High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications a plus).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.

Medical, dental vision 401k - they are newly acquired by Cratos and will take on their benefits package which will improve them as well.
