    Job Title: Assembler - 2nd Shift** **Job Description

     

    Join our team as an Assembler on the 2nd shift, where you will play a crucial role in the cleanroom assembly of catheters designed to prevent brain aneurysms. This position involves working extensively with a microscope and small hand tools to assemble delicate components such as coiling wire and small tubing.

    Responsibilities

    + Assemble small components using a microscope and hand tools.

    + Ensure precision and quality in assembling catheters for medical use.

    + Maintain excellent attendance, with only one absence and one tardy allowed within the first 90 days.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in using small hand tools.

    + Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods.

    + Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and assembly processes.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous cleanroom or manufacturing experience is highly desirable.

    + Open to entry-level candidates who can pass a hand assessment test.

    + Capable of working long hours, including 10-hour days, six days a week.

    Work Environment

    Work in a cleanroom environment requiring full gown attire. Enjoy a supportive atmosphere where managers understand and provide multiple chances if attendance and effort are consistent. Engage in a collaborative and communicative workspace, ensuring quality work is completed. Expect to work an average of 40 to 45 hours weekly, currently structured as 10-hour days, six days a week.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
