General Production Worker

Looking for a hands-on role in a clean, well‑organized manufacturing environment? We’re hiring General Production Workers to support the assembly and packaging of high‑volume irrigation components. **Location:** Colorado Springs, CO

**Pay:** $16–$19/hr depending on shift

Shift Options

+ **1st Shift:** 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

+ **2nd Shift:** 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

+ **3rd Shift:** 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

What You’ll Do

+ Assemble various irrigation products, including wall faucets, boxes, and industrial sprinklers

+ Use hand tools, power tools, and lubricants during assembly

+ Operate packing and packaging equipment

+ Rotate between different workstations every 2 hours to keep tasks fresh and engaging

+ Remain on your feet for 10–12 hour shifts

+ Work occasional Saturdays to help meet production demands

Skills

+ Experience in production, manufacturing, construction, or similar hands‑on work

+ Comfort using hand and power tools

+ Ability to perform physical tasks such as twisting, screwing, lifting, and repetitive motion

+ Machine operation experience is helpful but not required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
