Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Soldering Technician with a passion for precision and an eagerness to learn. This role primarily involves through-hole soldering and requires strong hand dexterity. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for material handling and mechanical assembly tasks. This is a temp-to-hire position, with a potential for quick growth based on performance.
Responsibilities
+ Perform through-hole soldering with attention to detail and precision.
+ Handle materials and perform mechanical assembly tasks efficiently.
+ Operate and maintain microscopes for detailed inspection and assembly.
+ Conduct electronic testing and quality inspections to ensure standards are met.
+ Participate in soldering and assembly tests as part of the interview process.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in through-hole soldering techniques.
+ Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail.
+ Experience with microscope usage for assembly and inspection.
+ Knowledge in electronic testing and quality inspection.
Work Environment
The position operates during the day shift, from either 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The work environment requires precision and attention to detail, utilizing microscopes and various assembly tools. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a hands-on, technical setting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
