    Job Title: Welder - Up to $24/HR

    Job Description

    Join our team as a skilled Welder specializing in MIG or TIG welding. We offer positions on both 1st (7:00 AM - 4:30 PM) and 2nd shifts (4:30 PM - 1:30 AM) in Salem, OH. You will be responsible for MIG welding on aluminum or steel, production welding, and some fabrication shop welding. This role also involves blueprint interpretation and utilizing various welding equipment.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform MIG welding on aluminum or steel.

    + Conduct production welding and fabrication shop welding.

    + Interpret and read blueprints, drawings, calipers, tape measures, and angle gauges.

    + Set up welding machines based on job and welding procedure specifications.

    + Utilize robotic welders as needed.

    + Fit products to blueprint specifications.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum 3+ years of experience in MIG or TIG welding, with a preference for aluminum.

    + Proficiency in blueprint interpretation.

    + Experience in structural steel or aluminum welding.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to pass a hair follicle drug test.

    + Ability to pass a lifetime back ground check.

    + Experience with tape measures and structure fitting.

    + Experience with sheet metal, stainless steel, mild steel, and stick welding.

    Work in a very nice, clean, organized, and safe facility recognized as Fabricator of the Year in 2023. We operate on 1st and 2nd shifts, Monday through Friday.     This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salem, OH.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
