    Job Title: Production Operator

    Job Description

    Join our Elements department as a Production Operator, contributing to the second-to-last stage of our production process. This role involves prepping and trimming materials, as well as loading, unloading, and packaging them efficiently. You will support the manufacturing of company products by completing production processes under direction and supervision, aiding a highly empowered, world-class team to achieve excellent safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency outcomes. The position also involves assisting in the continuous improvement of production processes.

    Responsibilities

    + Meet safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency standards.

    + Follow documented standard work instructions and procedures.

    + Run and set up processes and equipment.

    + Perform product inspections.

    + Collect data from processes and complete paperwork with production information.

    + Use computers to collect required production data.

    + Support 5S in assigned production areas.

    + Read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.

    + Communicate information and ideas clearly.

    + Assist in production continuous improvement efforts.

    + Perform work as assigned by supervisor/lead.

    + Perform simple equipment maintenance.

    + Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.

    + Assist with troubleshooting and resolving machine issues.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oceanside, CA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.00/hr.
