Job Title: Welder – 1st and 2nd Shift

We’re looking for experienced **MIG Welders** who take pride in precision and quality. In this role, you’ll help create components for consumer and industrial systems. If you’re detail-oriented, safety-focused, and ready to grow with a company that values its people, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

+ Operate MIG welding equipment to produce steel and aluminum parts.

+ Set up and adjust welding machines; replace wire and tips as needed.

+ Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality.

+ Inspect parts visually and with measurements to maintain high standards.

+ Report equipment issues promptly to supervisors or maintenance.

+ Record daily production output and maintain accurate documentation.

+ Use grinders to remove burrs and excess weld material.

+ Monitor material usage and communicate shortages to your supervisor.

What We’re Looking For

+ **MIG welding experience** (flux core and fabrication knowledge a plus).

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Welding certification preferred.

+ Previous experience in a production welding environment.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Team player with a positive attitude.

Work Environment

+ Clean, well-lit facility with 6 production lines (expanding to 7).

+ Respectful, team-oriented culture with an open-door policy.

+ 1 st Shift: 6 am – 2 pm (OT is before the shift)

+ 2nd Shift: **Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM** (occasional midnight end time).

+ Mandatory overtime: **5 hours on Saturdays** .

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $49920.00/yr.
