    Our Company:

    SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager

    • Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries

    • Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner

    • Triage incoming faxes by facility/department in accordance with cutoff times

    • Clarify orders as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Active Ohio Board of Pharmacy Pharmacy Technician License (required)

    • Previous pharmacy experience

    • Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy experience preferred

    • Knowledge of brand-name and generic medications

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    • Moderate to advanced computer skills required

    • Excellent telephone etiquette

    • Frameworks / ECM system knowledge a plus

    • High School diploma or equivalent

    Schedule:

    • Monday–Friday and every other weekend

    • Available shifts include:

    • 8:00am–4:30pm

    • 10:00am–6:30pm

    • 4:00pm–12:30am

    • 5:00pm–1:30am

    • 10:00pm–6:30am
