    + Provide analytic support to drive data driven decision making and strategy across digital marketing

    + Be a thought partner in the creation of testing plans for both digital and non-digital channels as well as providing “next level” insights related to the measurement of tests

    + Mine data to identify opportunities to optimize marketing channels and campaigns more effectively

    + Be relentless in the pursuit of value-add insights through the utilization of an “answer first” approach to analytics

    + Communicate results of analysis in a thoughtful, concise manner via “high impact” emails and presentations

    + Champion the incorporation of loyalty economics in our decision making and analytics

    + Support marketing in executing and measuring brand and digital performance marketing campaigns

    + Provide ad-hoc digital insight support to other groups inclusive of the C-suite

     

    In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $15.00.
