    Responsibilities

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and tracking client orders, spending, and accounts payable primarily through Excel. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, thrives in a structured environment, and values accuracy. Communication will be primarily via email, with minimal phone interaction.

     

    + Accurately manage and track client spending, orders, and accounts payable using Excel.

    + Research and verify orders and client account numbers.

    + Handle occasional phone calls (1–2 per day), with most communication conducted via email.

    + Provide administrative support for various tasks as needed.

     

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + Excel proficiency (basic functions required; pivot tables not necessary).

    + 2+ years of experience in office administration, data entry, order entry, or customer service.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under deadlines.

    + Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
