    **Job Title:** Senior Business Analyst

    **Location:** Omaha, NE (Onsite)

    **Experience:** 5+ years

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a **Senior Business Analyst** with 5+ years of experience to bridge business needs with technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in **requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management** in complex projects.

    Must-Have Skills:

    + Proven experience as a Business Analyst in medium to large-scale projects

    + Strong skills in **requirements elicitation, documentation, and analysis**

    + Experience with **UML, BPMN, or other process modeling techniques**

    + Ability to work with **stakeholders across business and technical teams**

    + Strong knowledge of **Agile/Scrum methodologies**

    + Hands-on experience with tools like:

    + **Jira** / **Confluence**

    + **MS Office Suite** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)

    + Task tracking and Requirements management tools

    Nice-to-Have Skills:

    + Exposure to **data analysis, SQL, or reporting tools**

    + Knowledge of **process improvement frameworks**

    Responsibilities:

    + Gather, analyze, and document business requirements

    + Translate requirements into functional specifications for technical teams

    + Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with stakeholders

    + Support solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives

    + Validate solutions and support user acceptance testing

    + Identify process improvement opportunities

    The base salary range for this position is$92,250 - $100,000plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
