Description

Job Title: Java Backend Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer with 5+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, J2EE, and Spring frameworks with hands-on experience in REST Web Services and JMS.

Must-Have Skills:

+ 5+ years of hands-on development experience with the related technologies.

+ Strong Java/J2EE development experience

+ Spring Framework: Spring MVC, Boot. Data, AOP etc.

+ Experience with JMS (Java Message Service)

+ Development of RESTful Web Services

+ Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and writing optimized queries

Nice-to-Have Skills:

+ Experience with Tibco or other messaging/integration platforms

+ Cloud or microservices architecture exposure

Responsibilities:

+ Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications

+ Implement messaging and integration solutions using JMS

+ Develop RESTful APIs and backend services with Spring MVC/Boot

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend with frontend and other services

+ Ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of applications

+ Troubleshoot and optimize existing backend systems

The base salary range for this position is $92,250 -$130,000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
