    **Job Title:** Project Manager

    **Location:** Omaha, NE (Onsite)

    **Experience:** 5+ years

    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced **Project Manager** with 5+ years of experience to lead and deliver projects successfully, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget objectives are met. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in **Agile and Waterfall project management** , **Scrum leadership** , and tools-driven project tracking.

    Must-Have Skills:

    + Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects

    + Strong knowledge of **Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies**

    + Have **Scrum Master experience**

    + Hands-on experience with **project management tools** :

    + **Jira / Confluence**

    + **MS Project / MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)**

    + **Trello / Asana / Monday.com** (or similar tools)

    + Strong stakeholder management, planning, risk management, and reporting skills

    + Experience with change management and process improvement initiatives.

    + Ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure project delivery

    Nice-to-Have Skills / Certifications:

    + PMP (Project Management Professional)

    + PRINCE2 Certification

    + Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

    + Lean Six Sigma / PMI-ACP or other process improvement certifications

    Responsibilities:

    + Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget

    + Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

    + Lead Agile ceremonies and act as Scrum Master where required

    + Track project progress and provide status reports to stakeholders

    + Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively

    + Manage project documentation, resource allocation, and project schedules

    + Facilitate collaboration across business, technical, and operational teams

    The base salary range for this position is$92,250 - $110,000plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
