    Fabrication Installation Technician I, II Full-Time, Clearfield, UT

    General Summary:

    The ES3 Fabrication Installation Technician will be responsible for manufacturing and installing equipment used in plating applications. Use of machine shop and hand tools to fabricate and install equipment to support various projects. The work will include manufacturing onsite at an ES3 facility as well as travel to various job sites to perform manufacture, install, demolition and complete repairs.

     

    This position also requires the candidate to be able to read detailed drawings for component and system level designs. This is a multi-faceted position that requires a variety of technical skills. Additional duties beyond plastic fabrication and welding may be requested to support demolition, installation and assembly. An individual with a broad set of knowledge, experience and aptitude will thrive in this role. Coupled with practical problem solving skills, self motivation and a team-oriented disposition will maximize success of the Fabrication Technician’s employment experience at ES3.     Essential Capabilities Required:

    + Use of hand tools

    + Use of machine shop tools

    + Welding skills

    + Ability to read and understand technical drawings

    + Time Management

    + Willingness to learn new skills

    Education & Experience:

    + High School Diploma,

    + Applied Technology Training is a plus

    + 0 -5 years of experience with fabrication

    Additional Requirements:

    + U.S. Citizenship

    + The ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Contractor Access Card (CAC) and/or already possess a retired Military ID card
