How you’ll make an impact:
We’re looking for a **Manager, Integrated Marketing Calendar** . This role is central to ensuring that our brand storytelling and commercial priorities come to life consistently across all channels and touchpoints. You’ll serve as the connective tissue between brand strategy, creative, merchandising, channel, and planning teams - building, maintaining, and evolving the integrated marketing calendar that drives alignment, efficiency, and business impact across our portfolio of brands.
Integrated Marketing Calendar Planning – 80%
+ Own the development and management of the Integrated Marketing Calendar across Carter’s, OshKosh B’gosh, Little Planet, Otter Avenue, and Skip Hop, ensuring alignment across brand, creative, merchandising, e-commerce, and planning teams.
+ Operate as a strategic thinker with a passion for planning, storytelling, and delivering impactful campaigns that drive brand love and commercial results.
+ Bring strong project management, organizational, and communication skills with an ability to translate big-picture brand priorities and seasonal market share moments into clear, actionable plans.
+ Partner cross-functionally with merchandising, eCommerce, planning, and creative partners to align product stories with peak shopping periods and family-centered seasonal milestones.
+ Translate commercial strategies and product priorities into consumer-facing campaign plans that drive awareness, traffic, and conversion.
+ Serve as the go-to resource for campaign visibility, ensuring all teams are informed of upcoming launches, milestones, and deliverables.
+ Foster cross-functional alignment by leading integrated planning meetings that bring visibility and clarity to upcoming campaigns.
+ Be a collaborative, detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a constant willingness to problem solve and act.
Marketing Operations & Performance – 20%
+ Manage and optimize planning processes to ensure teams are working with clear visibility of upcoming campaigns, deadlines, and deliverables.
+ Monitor campaign execution to ensure marketing activations are delivered on time, on brand, and consistent across channels.
+ Collaborate with analytics and insights teams to evaluate calendar and campaign effectiveness, making recommendations to evolve timing and execution strategies.

Preferred skills and experience:
+ 5–7 years of experience in brand marketing, marketing operations, or campaign/project management.
+ Strong organizational and project management skills with proven ability to manage complex timelines and multiple stakeholders.
+ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; able to influence and align cross-functional partners.
+ Proven ability to connect brand vision to market share priorities and seasonal retail opportunities.
+ Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns around high-volume retail events such as Holiday, Back-to-School, and Black Friday.
+ Experience in retail, apparel, or consumer products (preferred).
+ Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
+ Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
