About the role
The Program Manager will oversee and coordinate various projects related to AEM support system engineering, frontend backend and authoring. With a focus on R&D Preclinical and Clinical domains, the role requires a strategic approach to ensure project success and alignment with company goals. The position is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the planning and execution of AEM-related projects ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines.
- Oversee the integration of AEM systems providing technical guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance AEM frontend and backend functionalities driving innovation and efficiency.
- Provide expertise in AEM authoring facilitating content creation and management to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in R&D Preclinical and Clinical domains to align project goals with industry standards and advancements.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively ensuring optimal utilization and cost-efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve project outcomes focusing on quality and client satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress and performance identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units ensuring clarity and alignment of objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies maintaining high standards of operation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging feedback and data to enhance project delivery.
- Support the development of team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Utilize hybrid work model to maximize productivity and work-life balance for team members.

**Work model:** Onsite

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring 5 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in **Plainsboro - NJ USA.**

What you need to have to be considered
• Possess extensive experience in AEM support engineering demonstrating technical proficiency and problem-solving skills.
• Have a strong background in AEM system engineering with the ability to design and implement robust solutions.
• Show expertise in AEM frontend and backend development contributing to innovative and efficient project outcomes.
• Demonstrate proficiency in AEM authoring ensuring high-quality content creation and management.
• Experience in R&D Preclinical and Clinical domains is highly desirable providing valuable insights and expertise.
• Exhibit strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills facilitating effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.

The annual salary for this position is between **$156.500 – $175,500** depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
