About the role

As a **Healthcare** **Business Analyst** , you will make an impact by ensuring accurate requirement gathering, testing, and communication across project teams. You will be a valued member of our Healthcare Delivery team, collaborating with stakeholders to support quality assurance and user acceptance testing while driving successful project outcomes.

In this role, you will:

+ Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.

+ Perform quality assurance testing and support UAT activities to validate deliverables.

+ Communicate daily progress to the project team and ensure requirements are addressed accurately.

+ Utilize MS SQL for data validation and analysis.

+ Provide support for QA processes and ensure compliance with project standards.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain project timelines.

What you need to have to be considered

+ Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate requirements and progress clearly.

+ Hands-on experience with MS SQL for data validation and analysis.

+ Knowledge of quality assurance processes and ability to perform testing.

+ Experience supporting QA and UAT phases of projects.

+ Familiarity with healthcare domain, especially encounter data management (EDM).

These will help you stand out

+ Prior experience in healthcare encounter domain or EDM.

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $77K-$80K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
