About the job:

ServiceNow Admin /Developer

[

+ Perform daily, weekly, monthlysystem monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of ServiceNowapplications

+ Collaborate with Platform andDelivery teams to perform ServiceNow upgrades and patching. Coordinatesystem updates across different instances, ensure latest patches, andconfiguration changes

+ Assist with reportconfiguration, dashboards, and maintenance and performs operationaladministrative tasks, as needed

+ Actively collaborates withother teammates to perform code reviews, discuss new developments andprojects, and shadow other junior admins/developers as needed

+ Support the administration forProduction and non-prod instances

+ Collaborate with the ProductionSupport and ServiceNow Operation teams to monitor support cases

+ Document administrativeprocesses and issues resolution

+ Working with business linestakeholders to develop clear requirements.

+ Participate in the daily scrummeeting and other related Agile ceremonies

+ Responsible for performingdaily administration, issue resolution, and troubleshooting of theServiceNow platform for any reported problems across all instances.

What you will bring

+ 3+ Years' experience withServiceNow Platform Administration

+ 3+ Years of experience withApplication Experience: Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge,Service Catalog, ITOM/CMDB

+ Current ServiceNow SystemAdministrator certification required

+ Strong experience in systemadministration and JavaScript

+ Ability to troubleshoot complextechnical issues

+ Experience diagnosingperformance related issues

+ Agile experience

+ Current ServiceNow SystemAdministrator (CSA) certification required

+ Priority consideration given tocandidate that possess a current ServiceNow Certified ImplementationSpecialist (CIS) for SPM and/or APM certification

Desired Skills

+ ServiceNow Development andAdministration/Integration

+ ServiceNow CertifiedApplication Developer

+ ITIL v3 or ITIL v4

Education:

+ Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
