    + **Global Coordination** - Orchestrate seamless domestic and international travel and worldwide meetings

    + **Strategic Communication** - Handle high-level correspondence, presentations, and reports with discretion

    + **Event Excellence** - Plan and execute leadership meetings, employee celebrations, and strategic planning sessions

    + **Organizational Leadership** - Maintain SharePoint sites, organizational charts, and recognition programs

    + **Proactive Problem-Solving** - Anticipate needs and resolve challenges before they impact leadership

    Minimum Requirements:

    + High School diploma/GED

    + 7 years of experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment

    + Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel

    + 5 years of experience coordinating international & domestic travel for leaders

    + Strong project management skills

    Preferred qualifications:

    + Bachelors degree

    + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

    + Superior problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking skills

    + Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism

    + Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines

    + Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels

    + Flexibility to work extended hours as needed

    + Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally

    + Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes

    + Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions

    + Ability to take the initiative and drive for results

    + Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
