Do you know how to turn Marketo-powered emails into measurable impact? EPAM is looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist with deep Marketo expertise to support a leading global travel client. In this role, you’ll audit and optimize existing email programs, design scalable, high-performing templates, and build automation that drives personalized, timely campaigns. You’ll partner closely with marketing and technical teams to streamline processes, improve performance, and ensure best-in-class execution. Responsibilities

+ Audit and enhance existing email marketing processes to identify opportunities for optimization and increased efficiency

+ Design, build, and maintain strategic email templates within Marketo, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and campaign objectives

+ Align email templates and foundational Marketo programs with tokenized assets for scalable, personalized communications

+ Set up and manage automation and AI-driven capabilities to dynamically populate email templates, reducing manual intervention

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and optimize workflows using tools such as Workato and Jira (experience with these platforms is a plus)

+ Monitor email campaign performance, deliverability, and data quality, providing actionable insights and recommendations

+ Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, templates, and best practices to support ongoing team enablement

Requirements

+ Proven hands-on experience with Marketo, including email template creation, program setup, and process auditing

+ Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and personalization strategies

+ Experience aligning email templates and Marketo programs with tokenized assets for dynamic content delivery

+ Demonstrated ability to implement automation and AI-driven solutions for email marketing (Workato and Jira experience preferred)

+ Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize for performance

+ Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams

+ Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying and solving challenges

+ Advanced English communication skills at B2 level or above
