This is a direct hire **CNC Machine Operator** - **Wood Manufacturing** position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

Position Information:

• Set up and calibrate CNC machines to execute complex machining operations with precise tolerances and detailed finishes.

• Interpret blueprints and written instructions to ensure accurate programming and production processes.

• Configure tool arrangements, material clamping methods, and machine console settings for various milling, boring, threading, and contouring tasks.

• Operate and oversee multiple CNC units simultaneously, maintaining consistent output quality.

• Inspect machined parts to verify they meet all specifications and finish requirements.

• Apply expert knowledge of machining methods and manufacturing techniques specific to wood products.

Required Experience:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• 3+ years of CNC operation experience within the wood industry required

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing drawings

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
