As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a logistics and distribution location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the site. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business area and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.

+ Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

+ Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required.

+ Assist with emergency response activities according to established protocols for the logistics and distribution environment.

+ Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities encountered during patrols.

+ Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and client staff to help to maintain a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A guard card or security license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
