As a **Security Officer** **- Distribution Center - Full Time** in **Fort Worth, TX** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and support a secure environment for staff and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

+ Control access to the location by verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points.

+ Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting personnel and visitors in accordance with site-specific policies.

+ Carry out security-related procedures as outlined by Allied Universal and the location's requirements.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.

+ Document observations, incidents, and activities in daily reports as required.

+ Collaborate with site personnel to address security-related concerns and/or emergencies.

+ Participate in emergency response activities as needed, following Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
